  1. That is the perfect soft-boiled egg! But I have a question... how do you get 'em to PEEL easily? My duck eggs are really hard to peel, and I end up wasting some of the valuable whites just getting the shell off. Maybe that's what those old-fashioned little soft-boiled egg cups are for? You only peel off the very top!
